Shipping policy

Delivery Times

Our typical lead time for all products is approximately 4-7 weeks. If you are providing your own fabric, the lead time will begin once we receive the material. Occasionally, there may be delays with our fabric suppliers, such as stock shortages or printing schedule adjustments. Should this occur, we will promptly inform you of any changes to the delivery timeframe.

Shipping

Mainland UK

Due to the size and weight of our furniture, we apply a £60 delivery charge on all furniture orders.

For larger items, we offer a two-person delivery service to bring your order directly to a room of your choice. Please ensure that the item will fit into the designated room before delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for any issues regarding space or access during the delivery. Additionally, our delivery team is unable to drill holes or mount items. If you require wall-mounting, this will need to be arranged separately.

All deliveries must be signed for upon receipt, unless you have designated a safe place for the goods to be left. We cannot accept responsibility for any damage to products left in a safe place.

If no one is available to receive the delivery at the scheduled time, and no safe place is specified, our courier will retain the goods for a £50 fee. Redelivery will incur an additional £50 charge. Both fees must be paid before the second delivery attempt can be made.

Rest of the UK & International Shipping
